Especially an HVAC system, because it means added comfort and warmth to the house. Now, you will no longer worry when summer or winter comes. Just keep it maintained regularly, to make sure that you can maximize its usage. I wonder if we'd be bored if everything was finally *perfect* but I think we'd just be happy we could focus on other stuff in life! If you renovate the bathroom, you must blog about it. :) It's kind of amazing how much money you can save if you take your time to find deals and DIY as much as you can. I'm hopeful we can come in under budget on most everything we do this year. I would have had to couch crash at someone else's house!Melissa Marishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15216312159880277204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-822807868347854914.post-29126342381101656612014-02-10T13:33:09.778-08:002014-02-10T13:33:09.778-08:00This must hurt the bank account. I would LOVE to renovate our downstairs bathroom. Right now I'm settling on fixing up the reading room and the guest room until we finish our fence in the spring. Home owners really weren't kidding when they told me you never quite finish fixing your house. We've been there almost 2 years and it feels like we barely made a dent.

That bathroom looks amazing! And, yay for heat.Sizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00182860438430294750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-822807868347854914.post-36075426212408291572014-02-10T11:09:30.491-08:002014-02-10T11:09:30.491-08:00As long as we keep making steps forward on the cal...As long as we keep making steps forward on the calendar I'll be happy. So glad to hear the fireplace works and now the heating works, too. Yay!Nilsa @ SoMi Speakshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08474642034399063234noreply@blogger.com
